1 1/2 c. fat free whipped topping
1 vanilla pudding cup
1 cup pineapple
1 cup mandarin oranges
1 apple
1 banana
1 cup strawberries
2 Tbs coconut
Combine whipped topping and pudding in medium bowl until blended. Add fruit and sprinkle with coconut if desired.
